By submitting a booking request or placing an order through the website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the applicable information provided before the order is submitted.

2. Service Scope

The services available through this website concern home electric vehicle charging point installation appointments.

The applicable service scope is determined by the service selected by the customer, the information supplied during booking and the circumstances relevant to the requested appointment.

Additional work outside the selected service scope is not included unless expressly agreed.

3. Booking Deposit

The prices displayed on this website are booking deposits only.

A displayed deposit is not automatically the complete final price of the requested installation service. The final amount may depend on the individual service requirements, the property and other circumstances relevant to the agreed scope.

Where additional work or charges are applicable, the customer will be informed before the additional amount becomes payable.

Payment of a booking deposit does not by itself mean that every requested installation can be completed. An appointment remains subject to the applicable service conditions and the suitability of the requested work.

4. Booking Information

Customers must provide information that is accurate and sufficient for the requested service.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess or arrange an appointment.

If material information is missing or inaccurate, the appointment may need to be postponed or rearranged. Where the requested service cannot reasonably be provided, the booking may be declined in accordance with applicable law.

5. Appointment Arrangements

Appointments are arranged according to service availability and the information provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the relevant property at the agreed appointment time.

If access is unavailable or material circumstances differ substantially from the information provided during booking, the appointment may need to be rearranged.

Any resulting treatment of the booking deposit will be determined in accordance with the applicable contract terms and mandatory consumer rights.

6. Additional Work

The selected booking service covers only the scope stated for that service.

Where circumstances require work outside the stated scope, such work will not be treated as automatically included in the booking deposit.

Any additional charge must be communicated to the customer before it becomes payable, subject to applicable law and the agreed contractual arrangements.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information relevant to the requested appointment and notify us of any material change before the scheduled service.

Customers must also ensure that the property can reasonably be accessed at the agreed time and that information relevant to the requested installation has not been knowingly omitted.

Failure to provide relevant information may affect the ability to arrange or complete the requested service.

8. Payments

All amounts payable will be shown or communicated before the relevant payment obligation arises.

The booking deposit is applied in accordance with the applicable booking and service arrangements.

No recurring payment arrangement is created unless expressly agreed by the customer.

9. Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights

Consumers retain any mandatory statutory rights available under German and European law.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the applicable withdrawal period is generally 14 days for a distance contract, subject to statutory exceptions and conditions.

If a consumer expressly requests that a service begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the applicable statutory requirements concerning early performance will apply.

Where a service is fully performed before the withdrawal period expires following the consumer’s express request and the legally required acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease in accordance with applicable law.

Further information concerning withdrawal and cancellation is provided in the applicable Withdrawal and Refund Policy.

10. Refunds

Any refund of a booking deposit will be handled in accordance with the applicable contract terms, the published Refund Policy and mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

11. Changes to Appointments

Where an appointment needs to be changed, the parties may agree an alternative appointment time subject to service availability.

A change of appointment does not automatically create a new service contract or additional payment obligation unless otherwise agreed.

12. Service Limitations

A requested service may not proceed where the relevant circumstances make the requested work unsuitable, impracticable or contrary to applicable legal requirements.

Where this occurs, the applicable contractual arrangements and statutory consumer rights will determine the treatment of any amount already paid.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Subject to mandatory statutory provisions, liability is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable in connection with the relevant contractual obligation.

Mandatory rights relating to defective or improperly performed services remain unaffected.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects mandatory consumer rights under German or European law.

Where a statutory consumer protection provision applies, that provision takes precedence over any conflicting contractual provision to the extent required by law.

15. Website Information

Information displayed on the website is intended to describe the available services and booking options.

Images and examples are provided for service information and do not form a representation that every property or appointment will have identical circumstances.

The applicable contractual service scope is determined by the information provided before the order and the terms applicable to the individual booking.

16. Website Use

The website may only be used for lawful purposes.

Customers must not knowingly submit false information, interfere with the operation of the website or use the website in a manner contrary to applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Germany, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the consumer’s country of residence where such provisions cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents a consumer from exercising rights granted by mandatory provisions of applicable European or national law.

18. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated where necessary to reflect changes to the services, contractual arrangements or applicable legal requirements.

The version applicable to a booking will be the version presented to the customer at the relevant stage of the booking process, subject to mandatory statutory requirements.
