This policy explains the arrangements for cancelling or changing a booked home electric vehicle charging point installation service.

The services are operated directly through the website and are subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Deposit

The amounts displayed on the website are booking deposits only.

A booking deposit is associated with the selected service and booking arrangement. It is not automatically the complete final cost of the requested service.

Any applicable final amount will depend on the agreed service scope and the circumstances relevant to the appointment.

2. Cancelling an Appointment

Customers who wish to cancel an appointment should contact us as soon as reasonably possible using the contact details below.

Cancellation requests will be handled according to the applicable contract terms and mandatory consumer rights.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the customer may exercise that right in accordance with the applicable German and European rules. The statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days for qualifying distance contracts.

3. Changing an Appointment

Customers may request a change to an appointment by contacting us.

Requests to change an appointment are subject to availability and the circumstances of the existing booking.

Where an alternative appointment can be arranged, the new appointment details will be confirmed using the contact information provided by the customer.

4. Changes Requested Before the Appointment

Where a customer requests a change before the scheduled appointment, the existing booking may be rearranged where the requested service remains within the original agreed scope.

If the requested change materially alters the service requirements, additional information may be required before the revised appointment can be confirmed.

Any additional amount arising from a materially different service scope will be communicated before it becomes payable.

5. Customer Unavailability

Customers should ensure that reasonable access to the relevant property is available at the agreed appointment time.

If the customer is unavailable, access cannot be provided, or material booking information is incomplete or inaccurate, the appointment may need to be rearranged.

Any treatment of the booking deposit in such circumstances will be determined according to the applicable contractual terms and mandatory statutory rights.

6. Service Conditions Change Before the Appointment

If information relevant to the requested service changes after the booking has been made, customers should notify us promptly.

The service arrangements may need to be reviewed where the changed circumstances materially affect the agreed scope.

Where the requested service can no longer reasonably proceed, the booking will be handled in accordance with the applicable contract and statutory consumer rights.

7. Withdrawal During the Statutory Period

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the customer may exercise it without giving a reason within the applicable withdrawal period.

For qualifying consumer distance contracts, the statutory period is generally 14 days.

The legal consequences of withdrawal, including repayment of amounts already received, are governed by the applicable statutory provisions. German law generally requires received payments to be returned within the statutory period following withdrawal.

8. Request to Begin the Service Early

If a customer expressly requests that the service begin before the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the applicable legal requirements for early commencement will apply.

Where the service is fully performed following the required express request and acknowledgement, the statutory rules concerning the withdrawal right may result in that right ending upon full performance.

Any required customer acknowledgement will be obtained through the applicable booking process.

9. Cancellation After Service Has Started

Where service performance has already begun, cancellation and any resulting payment consequences will be handled according to the applicable contract, the circumstances of the cancellation and mandatory statutory provisions.

Nothing in this policy removes or restricts a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

10. Refunds Following Cancellation

Where a refund is legally or contractually due, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund terms and statutory requirements.

A cancellation does not automatically create an entitlement to a particular refund outside the rights provided by the applicable contract or mandatory law.
